If you visit the software download page at the main http://www.VRinsight.com website you will find many new software packages for most of the VRi hardware devices, note: not every device has an update though. If you look at the list of devices on the download page and the name of the download is called "VRiSim", then this is a sign that their is a new software package/update for that device.

This new software is easier to use than the previous versions of SerialFP2, with this new software only one instance of VRiSim is needed to be launched/run even if you have multiple supported VRInsight devices.

If you have more than one device you will be required to download more than one software package. For example if you have the CDU2 and the MCP Combo, you will need to download two software packages, one for the CDU2 and another for the MCP Combo and so on if you have more devices.

Each package comes with a copy of VRiSim plus the specific drivers and files need for that particular device.

Just a small note to also say that the NGX MCP displays are still not synchronised between aircraft and VRi hardware, VRi are still waiting for the release of the PMDG NGX SDK (Software Development Kit) before releasing official sync'd displays, the CDU2 and 737 NGX's (PMDG and iFly) are working pretty much perfectly in this new software package.
